M&A Development Company, LLC is a limited liability company whose members are Wendell & Monica Adair and Patrick & Kimberly Mathewson. Wendell is an attorney providing the construction financing and Patrick is the general contractor operating as Just M Construction Company. Wendell and Monica have a home adjoining Flynn Grove; and Patrick and Kim are residents of Three Oaks.
